Who qualifies for the Trade Program?
Working professionals in the design and building industries: interior designers, architects, home stagers, builders and developers, hospitality and commercial firms, and media or set designers. If your work furnishes spaces, you likely qualify.
What does membership cost?
Nothing. Membership is complimentary — we earn our keep on the projects we help you deliver.
What do I need to apply?
The short application above plus one professional credential: a resale certificate, business license or EIN, a professional organization membership (ASID, AIA, IDS, NKBA), or a portfolio/website that shows your work.
How long does approval take?
We review applications quickly — typically within a few business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and your advisor will introduce themselves.
Can I purchase on behalf of clients?
Yes — that's exactly what the program is for. Orders are placed under your trade account at your pricing, with your client's delivery details.
Does trade pricing combine with sales or promotions?
Trade pricing applies to our everyday prices and can't be stacked with other discounts, promotions, or prior purchases. When a floor sale beats your trade price, you simply get the better of the two.
How do delivery and lead times work?
In-stock pieces are on our Frisco floor and can be delivered within days across DFW, with nationwide freight available. Custom-order upholstery lead times are quoted at the time of order, and your advisor tracks every milestone.
