Return & Exchange Policy

At Stash Home Furniture, we’re dedicated to making your experience exceptional. Because each purchase is important, our return and exchange policies differ based on whether you shop online or in-store.


Online Purchases

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused, and resealable condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Personalized or special-order items

  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance

  • Floor models or showroom samples

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
This policy is stated at the time of purchase and printed on your receipt. Please make sure to review your selections carefully before completing the transaction. Our team is always happy to assist with measurements, materials, and design decisions to ensure your satisfaction.
