Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Stash Home Furniture, we’re committed to delivering your furniture with care and efficiency. We offer local white-glove delivery and nationwide shipping for select online orders.

In-Stock Items

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 weeks from the date of order, depending on location and delivery method. Once your order is ready to ship, our team or a third-party carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Local White-Glove Delivery (DFW Area)

For customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, we offer professional white-glove delivery service, which includes:

Delivery to the room of your choice
Assembly of furniture, if needed
Optional removal of packaging materials

Delivery fees are based on distance and order size and will be confirmed at the time of sale.

Nationwide Shipping (Online Orders)

We offer shipping across the continental U.S. for eligible items. Delivery methods include:

Standard Freight or Curbside Delivery – Delivered to the front door or curb.
Threshold Delivery – Delivered just inside your home’s entrance.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on item size, weight, and location.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically ship in 6–16 weeks, depending on vendor lead times and material selections. These items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.

Delivery Scheduling & Re-Delivery Fees

Once your order is ready, you’ll be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. If you miss the scheduled delivery or need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damages or Issues

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work promptly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.
