The Namira Runner by Four Hands is designed for luxury, comfort, and clean aesthetics. Available now at Stash Home Furniture with competitive pricing, fast delivery, and in-stock availability.

Detailed, deep-hued designs are reimagined on this jute-blend runner, power-loomed in Egypt. Each pattern is created from a high-quality scan of a vintage rug. A team of graphic designers then perfects the pattern and colors to closely resemble the original rug. The result: a textural and versatile piece that looks authentically antiqued. Allow for a slight variation in size, up to 5%, for this rug.

Rug Care

Stash Home Care Guide

A well-made rug can last for decades with a simple, steady routine. A little light shedding is normal for wool and other natural fibers, especially in the first few months, and settles down with regular vacuuming.

Routine Care

  • Vacuum weekly using suction only. Beater bars and stiff bristle heads can pull and fray the pile, so switch them off or raise them fully.
  • Rotate the rug every three months or so. This evens out foot traffic and sun exposure so the rug wears and ages uniformly.
  • Never tug on a loose thread or yarn. Snip it level with the pile using scissors instead.

Spills and Spot Cleaning

  • Act fast. Scoop up solids with a spoon, then press a clean, undyed cloth firmly around the spill to draw out as much liquid as possible. Blot, never rub, since rubbing pushes stains deeper and spreads them wider.
  • For wool and most synthetic rugs, follow with a barely damp cloth and plain water, adding a trace of mild detergent only if needed, and let the rug dry flat.
  • Delicate fibers such as viscose, silk and jute should not be wet-cleaned at home. Blot dry and go straight to a professional.

What to Avoid

  • Keep rugs out of strong direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and stain-guard sprays, which can discolor or weaken fibers.

Long-Term Maintenance

  • We recommend a rug pad under every rug. It cushions the pile, prevents slipping and extends the rug's life. Use furniture cups under heavy pieces to protect the pile from crushing.
  • Have the rug professionally cleaned every year or two by a service experienced with fine rugs. For storage, roll the rug face-in and wrap it in cloth. Never fold it.
