Details

Your room just got its calm corner. Wiley blends Scandinavian clarity with Shaker-inspired restraint, pairing a clean silhouette with gentle geometric curves. Monolithic round legs ground the form, while scalloped edge details add a subtle wink. Crafted in mango wood with a natural finish, it brings warmth without heaviness. Smooth-gliding drawers keep everyday stacks organized, and metal handles add a crisp touch every time you pull, so the piece feels ready to live at home.

  • Scandi-Shaker Lines: Geometric curves, round legs, and scalloped edges soften the silhouette, keeping the dresser light, contemporary, and calm today.
  • Mango Wood Character: Solid mango wood brings natural grain, while an MDF back and drawer bottoms support the design with clean, consistent surfaces.
  • Straightforward Joinery: Built with a basic butt joint in the carcass and rabbet joints in the drawers for dependable everyday structure.
  • Organized Storage Pulls: Multiple drawers keep clothing and linens in order, finished with iron handles that make grabbing what you need quick.

Wood Finish Care

Stash Home Care Guide

Solid wood and fine veneers are natural materials that respond to their environment. Grain variation, small knots and gradual shifts in tone are marks of authenticity, and a stable home climate plus a gentle routine will keep your piece beautiful for generations.

Routine Care

  • Dust weekly with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth, wiping along the direction of the grain. Follow any damp wipe with a dry cloth.
  • Use coasters under drinks, trivets under anything hot and felt pads beneath lamps, bowls and decorative objects.

Spills and Marks

  • Wipe up spills immediately. Water left standing can cloud the finish, and alcohol, perfume or nail polish remover can dissolve it on contact.
  • For sticky spots, use a cloth wrung out in mild soapy water, then rinse-wipe and dry right away. Never flood the surface.

What to Avoid

  • Keep wood furniture out of direct sunlight, which fades and bleaches finishes unevenly, and away from heat vents, radiators and fireplaces, which can dry and crack the wood.
  • Skip silicone sprays, wax buildup products and all-purpose cleaners with ammonia or bleach. They dull and damage most finishes.
  • Avoid extreme swings in temperature and humidity. Wood expands and contracts with moisture, so aim for a moderate, consistent indoor climate, using a humidifier in dry winter months if needed.

Long-Term Maintenance

  • Once or twice a year, refresh sealed finishes with a quality furniture cream or a light coat of paste wax, tested first in a hidden spot. Oiled woods prefer a periodic reapplication of the appropriate oil instead.
  • Rotate accessories occasionally so the surface ages evenly, and tighten hardware gently as seasons change. For deep scratches or finish repairs, we recommend a professional furniture restorer.
